For one of our clients in Saudi Arabia, we are seeking a passionate, forward-thinkingSenior Service Design Consultant. This role involves creating impactful conceptual ideas that simplify complex designs and enhance user friendliness. As part of an international team, the senior designer will drive the design of mobile and desktop applications in collaboration with fellow designers, product managers, and software developers.
A senior Service Designer should possess comprehensive technical skills related to tools and methodologies used in Service Design projects. This role requires working closely with the design team for project execution, follow-up, coaching, client interactions, and delivery.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate on scoping, planning, and delivering innovative service design projects.
Conduct qualitative field research globally using various design research techniques.
Analyze research data to extract key insights and translate them into service concepts. Ideate, prototype, and test these concepts.
Present ideas to clients, facilitate workshops, and host co-creation sessions.
Contribute to the development of service design methods and tools.
Promote the evolution of methodologies and project approaches within the studio and region.
Support business development efforts through project contributions.
Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the field and share knowledge with colleagues.
Share your passion and expertise with clients, colleagues, and peers worldwide.
Requirements

A confident, empathetic leader capable of driving projects and contributing subject matter expertise.
Ability to analyze problems creatively and systematically.
Excellent facilitation, presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
Experience working in a consulting environment, preferably in an agency or similar setting.

A proactive, collaborative self-starter committed to making an impact for clients.
An attitude of helping and believing in the power of teamwork.
Experience
5+ years of professional Service Design experience with a portfolio of successful projects.
Demonstrated passion for creating high-quality experiences.
Experience in leading and mentoring designers.
Position Details
Job Type: Full-time, Contractual.
Travel:
Up to 70% expected.
