Job Overview:
The Construction Worker is responsible for performing various physical labor tasks on construction sites. They assist skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, masons, electricians, and plumbers by preparing job sites, loading and unloading materials, and operating basic construction tools and machinery. The role requires physical stamina, attention to safety, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and preparing materials.
Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to job sites.
Operate basic construction tools and equipment, including power drills, saws, and forklifts.
Follow instructions from supervisors and tradespeople to support construction tasks.
Help measure, cut, and assemble materials as directed.
Dig trenches, level ground, and mix concrete or mortar for specific tasks.
Assist in demolishing structures, removing rubble, and cleaning up construction debris.
Perform basic repair and maintenance tasks on tools and machinery.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and wear protective gear (helmets, gloves, safety vests, etc.) on-site.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Construction Worker or similar role is preferred.
Familiarity with construction tools, equipment, and basic construction techniques.
Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy materials.
Basic math skills for measuring, cutting, and aligning materials.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to adhering to safety standards.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Previous experience in construction or related fields is a plus.
Working Conditions:
Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Requires physical labor, including lifting, climbing, and working in confined or elevated spaces.
Must be comfortable using hand and power tools and operating machinery.

Pay: AED1,500.00 – AED1,800.00 per month
