Senior Security Engineer Jobs in Doha at Paramount Computer Systems
We are looking for a skilled Network Security Engineer with strong expertise in Fortinet (FortiGate) firewalls, along with working knowledge of Palo Alto, F5 WAF, and Load Balancers. The role requires hands-on experience in firewall management, troubleshooting, and basic exposure to endpoint and cloud security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage Fortinet (FortiGate) firewalls
- Configure and support Palo Alto firewalls (mid-level expertise)
- Manage and troubleshoot F5 WAF and Load Balancers
- Perform firewall rule reviews, policy management, and optimization
- Handle incident management and troubleshooting for network/security issues
- Collaborate with internal teams for security enhancements and deployments
- Provide basic support on endpoint security solutions (EDR/Antivirus)
- Assist in cloud security implementations (AWS/Azure – basic level)
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Fortinet / FortiGate (mandatory)
- Good working knowledge of Palo Alto firewalls
- Experience with F5 WAF and Load Balancing
- Solid understanding of network security concepts and firewall technologies
- Basic knowledge of endpoint security (EDR, Antivirus)
- Basic exposure to cloud security (AWS/Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications in Fortinet / Palo Alto / F5
- Exposure to SASE / Zero Trust concepts (nice to have)
Soft Skills:
- Good communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
