Senior Security Consultant / Security Architect Jobs in Dubai at INFRA ASSURE

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Security Consultant / Security Architect with 12+ years of cybersecurity experience and strong hands-on expertise across enterprise security operations, vulnerability management, incident response, threat hunting, security assessments, and security architecture.

The ideal candidate will be a highly technical security SME capable of independently investigating complex security issues, implementing security improvements, validating remediation, and working closely with SOC, Infrastructure, Network, Cloud, Application, IAM, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform vulnerability validation, root-cause analysis, remediation tracking, re-scanning, and closure validation.
  • Drive remediation of critical and high-risk vulnerabilities with technical teams.
  • Conduct security configuration reviews and hardening assessments across Windows/Linux, databases, applications, networks, cloud, endpoints, and identity platforms.
  • Develop and validate security hardening baselines and configuration standards.
  • Conduct technical security reviews for applications, APIs, integrations, infrastructure, cloud workloads, and new technology deployments.
  • Identify attack paths, excessive exposure, weak authentication, insecure communications, excessive privileges, and security control gaps.
  • Provide advanced technical support during high-severity security incidents.
  • Investigate malware, ransomware, phishing, account compromise, privilege escalation, lateral movement, persistence, C2 activity, and data exfiltration.
  • Conduct proactive threat hunting using IOCs, TTPs, threat intelligence, and MITRE ATT&CK techniques.
  • Configure and optimize SIEM, EDR/XDR, SOAR, security monitoring, detection rules, alerts, logging, and integrations.
  • Identify systems and environments with inadequate security coverage and implement corrective actions.
  • Continuously improve endpoint, network, identity, cloud, vulnerability management, detection, monitoring, and incident response capabilities.
  • Act as a senior technical SME during security incidents, assessments, remediation programs, and security technology deployments.

  • Experience with EDR/XDR platforms such as Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Cortex XDR or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft security, Active Directory, Entra ID/Azure AD and Identity Security.
  • Experience with Azure, AWS and/or OCI security.
  • Strong understanding of network security, firewalls, VPN, DNS, proxies, IDS/IPS, and secure communications.
  • Strong knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, IOC/TTP analysis and attack-path analysis.
  • Proven experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and advanced security investigations.
  • Ability to work with SOC, Infrastructure, Network, Cloud, Application, IAM, and IT teams to implement security remediation.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be:

  • Highly hands-on and technically strong.
  • Experienced in enterprise cybersecurity environments.
  • Capable of independently investigating complex security incidents.
  • Strong in troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
  • Experienced in vulnerability remediation and security control validation.
  • Comfortable working across multiple security technologies.
  • Able to communicate complex technical findings to both technical and management stakeholders.
  • Strong in remediation ownership rather than only identifying security issues.
  • Comfortable operating under high-pressure incident situations.
  • Capable of working as both a Technical Security SME and Security Advisor.

Important

This is a highly hands-on technical position (80%) and is not primarily a GRC, compliance, or policy-focused role.

Candidates with strong hands-on experience in security engineering, incident response, threat hunting, vulnerability management, SIEM/EDR, security assessments, and enterprise security architecture are preferred.

Pay: AED22,000.00 – AED26,000.00 per month
