Requirements and Conditions:
- Nationality: Saudi (basic condition).
- License: Valid Saudi lawyer license issued by the Ministry of Justice.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of practical experience after obtaining the license.
- Specialization: Strong litigation experience before various courts (general, commercial, labor, administrative).
- Professional Skills:
- Drafting legal memoranda and motions in a precise and professional manner.
- Professional ability to study cases, analyze incidents, and deduce rulings.
- Technical Skills (Priority):
- Complete proficiency in dealing with digital legal platforms (Najiz, Muin, Taradhi).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel).
- Ability to employ artificial intelligence tools in legal research and data analysis to enhance work efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
- Representing clients and litigation before all judicial authorities and quasi-judicial bodies.
- Preparing legal claims and defenses and submissions with high professionalism.
- Providing legal consultations verbally and in writing based on established systems.
- Managing case files through governmental platforms and ensuring compliance with regulatory deadlines.
- Contributing to the development of legal solutions using modern technologies to ensure the speed and quality of outputs.
