Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth by developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships.
Create and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and expand market share.
Identify new business through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and external contacts.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Development or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in the hotel industry.
Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building long-term relationships.
