About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sr. Sales Manager to lead solar modules & solutions sales in Saudi Arabia, focusing on the Distributed Generation (DG) / Commercial & Industrial (C&I) market. The candidate will be responsible for building and managing relationships with EPC companies, developers, and installers delivering rooftop and small-scale ground-mounted projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of solar modules to EPCs, developers, and C&I customers involved in DG solar projects.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the solar value chain.
Generate leads, prepare commercial offers, and negotiate pricing and terms.
Provide market intelligence on pricing, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
Work with the technical team to ensure module specifications meet project requirements.
Manage the sales pipeline, report forecasts, and support logistics and delivery planning.
Attend key industry events, exhibitions, and forums across the KSA solar ecosystem.
Requirements:
5–7 years of sales experience in solar modules or solar components, preferably focused on DG/C&I markets.
Strong understanding of solar modules (mono PERC, bifacial, N-type, etc.) and performance parameters.
Solid network of EPCs, installers, and developers operating in KSA.
Engineering background (B.Tech), with an MBA being a plus.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
