Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, buyers, sellers, and developers.
  • Advise clients on suitable real estate investment opportunities and market trends.
  • Conduct property viewings, presentations, and client meetings.
  • Negotiate offers, payment plans, and contracts to successfully close transactions.
  • Manage the full sales process from lead generation to deal completion.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven real estate sales experience, preferably in the Dubai market.
  • Strong knowledge of off-plan and secondary property sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
