. In this role you will work with clients to designfunctional and visually appealing kitchen spaces while offering arange of products and solutions to meet their needs. You willcollaborate with clients designers and contractors to create thekitchen of theirdreams.
Key Responsibilities:
Consultation:
Meet with clients to understand their kitchen designneeds preferences and budgetconstraints.
Design and Planning:
Utilize designsoftware and tools to create detailed kitchen plans includinglayouts cabinetry appliances andfinishes.
Product Knowledge
:
Stay uptodate on thelatest kitchen design trends and product offerings includingcabinetry counter tops fixtures andappliances.
Sales:
Present and sell kitchen design concepts and productsto clients providing product information pricing andoptions.
Estimates and Quotations:
Prepare accurateproject estimates and quotations forclients.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service by addressingclient inquiries concerns and feedback in a professional and timelymanner.
Site Visits:
Conduct onsite visits to evaluate existing kitchenspaces and measurements ensuring accurate and feasible designproposals.
Collaboration:
Work closely with architects contractors and buildersto ensure the successful execution of kitchenprojects.
Project Management
:
Oversee the entiredesign process from concept to completion ensuring projects aredelivered on time and withinbudget.
Documentation:
Maintain organized records of client interactionsdesigns and projectdetails.
Requirements Provenexperience as a Kitchen Sales Designer or similar role in the homeimprovement or interior designindustry.
Proficiencyin kitchen design software (Winner flex 2020) and the ability tocreate 3D renderings (Sketch up 3DS maxetc)
Strongsales and negotiationskills.
Knowledgeof kitchen design trends products and materials.
Excellentcommunication interpersonal and presentationskills.
Attentionto detail and the ability to work within budgetconstraints.
Projectmanagement skills and the ability tomultitask.
