Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including creative cocktails and signature drinks
Perform live bartending demonstrations, such as flair bartending and cocktail-making, to engage and entertain guests
Maintain a lively and interactive atmosphere, ensuring all guests have a memorable experience
Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
Interact with customers to take orders, recommend drinks, and answer questions
Upsell drinks and promotions to maximize revenue
Follow all safety and alcohol-serving regulations
Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service and assist with special events
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally
Requirements:
Proven experience as a bartender in a high-energy bar or restaurant
Flair bartending or mixology skills are a plus, with a willingness to perform live demonstrations
Outgoing, charismatic personality with strong customer service skills
Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving beverages
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible to work late hours, weekends, and holidays
Knowledge of local alcohol regulations and safety standards
A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
