Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and identify new business opportunities within the doors and kitchen cabinets market.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including homeowners, contractors, interior designers, and architects.
Meet and exceedsales targetsand KPIs.
Provideproduct knowledgeand design consultation to clients, understanding their specific needs and preferences.
Offer tailored solutions, including custom design options, to enhancecustomer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Oversee the sales process from initial consultation to final delivery and installation.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and product offerings.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive, ideally in the doors and kitchen cabinets industry.
Strong understanding of custom design and manufacturing processes.
Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
