Position: Senior Sales Executive – Air Condition/HVAC
Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Executive for Air Conditioning systems to lead sales efforts for MEP projects.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities and manage sales for MEP projects focusing on Air Conditioning systems.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and project teams.
  • Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and technical submissions for MEP projects.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including project management, engineering, and procurement to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor sales pipelines and actively follow up on leads to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
  • Provide technical and commercial support to clients during project planning and execution stages.
  • Maintain up-to-date market knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project sales for MEP systems, particularly Air Conditioning systems.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical integration.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage client relationships effectively and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Project management experience, including coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
