Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to drive sales for structural steel and pre-engineered building (PEB) projects. You will handle the full sales cycle—from identifying opportunities and reviewing technical drawings to negotiating and closing high-value contracts.
Key Qualifications
- 8–10 years of overall sales experience in structural steel fabrication, PEB, or heavy steel construction.
- Minimum 5 years of dedicated experience specifically in Steel Structures.
- Strong ability to read and interpret complex structural engineering drawings.
- Solid understanding of steel fabrication, welding, coating, and erection processes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
