About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our Power Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth in power sector projects, including testing and commissioning, maintenance services, and medium- and high-voltage turnkey projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the power and energy sector.
Promote and sell testing, commissioning, operation, and maintenance services for MV and HV systems.
Market turnkey solutions for substations, power distribution networks, and electrical infrastructure projects.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with utilities, industrial clients, consultants, and contractors.
Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure technical compliance and successful project execution.
Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with clients.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth strategies.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and upcoming opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales of power projects, electrical testing, maintenance, or turnkey solutions.
Strong knowledge of medium- and high-voltage systems, substations, transformers, protection systems, and testing services.
Experience in tendering, technical proposal preparation, and contract negotiations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel as required.
Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
