Senior Sales Engineer – Fire Protection Jobs in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia at Zamil Services

Job Description:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with New / existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the fire protection systems industry included (Fire Suppression, Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, Fire Pumps .. Etc )
  • Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to potential clients to showcase the features and benefits of the company’s Services and capabilities.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company’s revenue.
  • Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, end users, and developers.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions.
  • Assist technical and commercial proposals, cost estimates, and bid submissions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
  • Manage key accounts and long-term client relationships.
  • Track pipeline, forecasts, and sales performance metrics.
  • Contribute to sales strategy, market analysis, and competitor insights
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
  • Lead technical sales activities from opportunity identification to contract award.
  • Develop sales strategies for target markets (commercial, industrial, oil & gas, data centers, etc.).
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact during pre-contract stages.
  • Handle client concerns, clarifications, and technical queries.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in fire protection systems (sales)
  • Strong knowledge of fire protection standards and codes (e.g., NFPA, FM, local authorities).
  • Proven track record in technical sales or solution-based selling.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Experience in preparing cost estimates advice solutions and tender submissions.
