We are currently inviting applications for a Senior Sales Engineer within our Energy & Industry Sales Team.

As a Sales Engineer, you will visit customers at their workplaces to identify how we can assist them. You will visit job sites to provide solutions, offer technical advice, support, and add value through Hilti products.
Our model of professional, consultative selling is hands-on. You will demonstrate pioneering products, sell state-of-the-art software, and provide services and aftercare associated with the Hilti brand. Instead of cold calling, you will focus on building relationships with warm, responsive customers and helping them find innovative, cost-efficient solutions.
Our Professional Sales Onboarding Program prepares new sales employees through training and individual coaching during the initial months. We provide everything needed to excel, including a company van, tools, and one-on-one coaching. You will manage your own portfolio of customers, which may include trade experts, project managers, or company leaders.

What you need is:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical);
Master’s in engineering or MBA preferred.
Sales-oriented with at least 2 years of technical experience in the Middle East region.
Experience working in the Energy Industry.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Proven ability to develop engaged customer relationships.
Solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on meeting and exceeding goals.
Excellent time management skills.
Fluency in English;
Arabic is a plus.
Qatari driving license or transferable license.
