Job Description 2: Senior Sales Consultant – Real Estate (Russian/Chinese Speaker)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Consultant for a leading real estate developer in Dubai. The successful candidate will have an outstanding track record in property sales, strong client relationship management skills, and the ability to consistently close high-value transactions while mentoring junior sales consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell premium residential and commercial properties.
- Identify, qualify, and convert high-quality leads into successful sales.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and investment consultations.
- Develop long-term relationships with local and international investors.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to successfully close sales.
- Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Achieve and exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM records.
- Collaborate with marketing and management to maximize sales opportunities.
- Mentor junior sales consultants and share market knowledge and best practices.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and property launches.
- Stay informed on Dubai real estate market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- 5–6 years of UAE real estate sales experience (Mandatory).
- Fluent in Russian or Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
- Proven record of successfully closing high-value property sales.
- Strong network of investors and property buyers is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
