Position: Team Leader – Immigration
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader Malyalam Speaker with a strong background in immigration services. The ideal candidate should possess a strong personality, proven leadership experience, and a track record of successfully handling both sales and team management. This individual will play a key role in achieving and exceeding the targets set by the company.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team, ensuring smooth operations and high performance.
Drive sales and oversee team efforts to meet and exceed company targets.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize team productivity and sales performance.
Handle client interactions and provide expert immigration-related advice.
Monitor, evaluate, and improve team performance through coaching, training, and development.
Ensure that the team meets or exceeds the targets for client conversions, revenue, and service quality.
Maintain and enhance relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Provide detailed reports on team performance, sales metrics, and progress towards targets.

Requirements:
Proven experience in the immigration sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-driven and target-oriented with a history of exceeding goals.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday : 9.30 AM – 6.30PM
Sunday: Closed
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
