We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Sales senior presenter to join our team at Smartway, a leading provider of digital transformation and e‑learning solutions for universities and schools.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Saudi education market, with proven success in selling LMS, digital learning platforms, and enterprise education solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth in the education sector (universities & schools)
- Identify and engage potential clients across KSA, building strong long‑term relationships
- Prepare and deliver professional proposals, presentations, and demos tailored to client needs
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful solution implementation
Maintain an active pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasting
- Travel within and outside Riyadh to meet clients and attend meetings/events
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably in e‑learning, EdTech, or enterprise IT solutions
- Strong understanding of e‑learning standards and frameworks (LMS)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in preparing proposals and responding to RFPs
- Strong analytical skills in market assessment and sales planning
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network within universities, schools, or government education sectors
- Experience with platforms such as Moodle or similar LMS solutions
- Background in digital transformation or Gov Tech projects
