Responsibilities
- Develop complete restaurant and café concepts, including branding integration and customer experience.
- Design exterior façades, storefronts, terraces, and signage.
- Design interior spaces, including layouts, seating plans, lighting, materials, furniture, and finishes.
- Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Oversee project execution and site implementation to ensure design quality is maintained.
- Review shop drawings, material submissions, and mockups.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and design approvals.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant, café, hospitality, or retail design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing completed F&B projects from concept to execution.
- Experience supervising construction and fit-out works (تنفيذ).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Rhino, or similar design software.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, customer flow, kitchen planning, and hospitality design standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC is highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Previous experience with premium café and restaurant brands.
- Knowledge of local regulations, municipality requirements, and fit-out processes.
Pay: ﷼5,000.00 – ﷼10,000.00 per month
