Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Resident Engineer with strong background in water project supervision
. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Candidate must be fluent in English and Arabic
.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise water infrastructure projects on-site and ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor contractor activities and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Review drawings, method statements, and work progress reports.
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and timely project delivery.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and client representatives.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and site documentation.
- Identify site issues and support in resolving technical problems.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum experience requirement:
- 15 years with Bachelor Degree (Civil Engineering) OR
- 10 years with Engineering Master Degree + Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar water project supervision roles.
- Must be fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Strong site supervision and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in water pipelines, pumping stations, and water networks projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction standards and local regulations.
