Job Summary
AREC Engineering Consultants is seeking an experienced Resident Engineer to lead on-site construction activities and ensure projects are delivered in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, Dubai Authority regulations, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all construction activities on-site.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor work quality.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.
- Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions.
- Resolve technical and construction-related issues on-site.
- Attend progress meetings and prepare technical reports.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Dubai.
- Minimum 10 years of UAE Consultant experience as a Resident Engineer.
- Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, and UAE construction regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent reporting and project management skills.
- Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures and HSE requirements.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Pay: AED15,000.00 – AED20,000.00 per hour
