We seeking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Relationship Officer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
– Actively prospect for new customers by identifying opportunities through various channels (direct visits, referrals and cold calls).
– Promote and sell the banking products, explaining features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to potential customers
– Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing tailored credit card solutions and personalized service.
– Conduct market research to identify potential clients and their needs
– Provide excellent customer service to clients.
– Maintain confidentiality of customer information and bank’s information
