We’re Hiring: Senior Manager – Regional Sales
Are you an experienced sales leader with a passion for driving growth in the FMCG industry? Join us as a Senior Manager – Regional Sales and take charge of leading our regional sales operations, achieving ambitious targets, and expanding our customer base!
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Maintain and increase sales, ensuring achievement of budgeted targets.
✅ Lead all sales channels and define short-term & long-term goals.
✅ Build and manage a high-performing team, ensuring proper training & coaching.
✅ Oversee sales & distribution planning and execute strategies effectively.
✅ Set sales targets, allocate areas, and monitor performance.
✅ Strengthen customer relationships, resolve issues, and ensure high satisfaction.
✅ Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Experience: 7-10 years in FMCG, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
✔️ Education: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
✔️ Skills: Strong leadership, sales, communication, and negotiation abilities.
✔️ Knowledge: PoS systems, Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel & PowerPoint preferred).
✔️ Attitude: Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.
