A leading multi-national is currently looking for a Senior Recruitment Manager to join their Head Office for the region based in Jeddah – KSA.
This position reports to the CHRO.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for a team of 5
Focus on Managing Team
Strategic Planning
Improving recruitment process
Developing recruitment techniques
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 7/8 years in a Recruitment focused role
Management experience essential
Strategic Approach required
Position is open to Saudi Nationals ONLY
Salary: 30,000 – 35,000 SAR/month + Education allowance
