Senior Recruiter Jobs in Abu Dhabi at Seattle International Services
We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruiting both blue-collar and white-collar employees, with experience in the Oil & Gas industry considered an added advantage. A minimum of 5 years of proven recruitment experience in the UAE is required.
In addition to a competitive salary, the selected candidate will receive visa and insurance coverage for themselves and their family.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both blue-collar and white-collar positions across various departments.
Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates in accordance with job requirements and company standards.
Collaborate with department managers and senior leadership to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
Maintain an up-to-date database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and educational institutions to ensure a continuous flow of candidates.
Assist with the development of job descriptions, advertisements, and job postings to attract the best talent.
Conduct reference checks and background verifications as part of the recruitment process.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
Keep track of recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress.
Stay updated on industry trends, employment laws, and best practices in recruitment.
Provide guidance to hiring managers on interview techniques, candidate assessments, and offer negotiations.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of proven recruitment experience in the UAE, with a strong background in recruiting for both blue-collar and white-collar positions.
Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is a significant advantage.
Excellent understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and platforms.
Strong interviewing, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet recruitment targets and deadlines.
Familiarity with UAE labor laws and employment regulations.
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
