We are seeking a seasoned, strategic, and results‑driven Senior Real Estate Agent to manage high‑value transactions, mentor junior team members, and deliver exceptional advisory services to buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex property transactions and high‑value negotiations
- Represent premium off‑plan and ready properties across Abu Dhabi’s top communities
- Build and manage a strong portfolio of HNW clients, investors, and long‑term partners
- Deliver advanced investment consultations, market insights, and tailored property strategies
- Mentor and support junior agents, sharing best practices and guiding them through deals
- Conduct curated viewings, virtual tours, and professional presentations
- Maintain CRM accuracy and uphold company sales processes
- Collaborate closely with developers, internal teams, and marketing to maximize sales performance
- Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with authority, professionalism, and strong market expertise
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Real Estate Agent, Team Leader, or high‑performing sales professional
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to manage high‑value clients and complex transactions with confidence
- Professional appearance, polished communication style, and strong business acumen
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and target‑driven
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, etc.) are an advantage
- Deep knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred
