Eco Drive, a leading driving school, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. The Housekeeping Supervisor will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our facility, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our staff, students, and visitors. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to facility maintenance.
Roles and Responsibilities
Facility Maintenance:
Ensure the facility is kept neat, clean, and presentable at all times.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Stock Management:
Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning materials and supplies.
Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained and reorder supplies as needed.
Team Supervision:
Supervise and lead a team of cleaners, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Train new and existing cleaners on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and the use of cleaning equipment.
Operational Support:
Coordinate with the Facility Manager to address any housekeeping-related issues or special requests.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Reporting:
Provide regular updates to the Facility Manager on housekeeping operations, challenges, and achievements.
Additional Duties:
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Facility Manager to support the smooth operation of the facility.
Requirements
Proven experience in housekeeping or facility maintenance, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and materials.
Ability to train and motivate a team.
Excellent communication skills.
Physical stamina and the ability to work long hours, including standing, bending, and lifting.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
Working Conditions
Shift: 12-hour shift.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,200.00 per month
