We are seeking an experienced Sr. Quantity Surveyor (Female) with at least 5 years of experience in Dubai’s construction industry, specializing in high-end villas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, tendering, procurement, and financial reporting, ensuring that projects remain within budget while maintaining cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cost Estimation & Budgeting
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, feasibility studies, and BOQs.
- Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project budgets.
- Monitor cost plans and cash flow projections, ensuring cost efficiency.
2. Tendering & Procurement
- Prepare tender documents, BOQs, and pricing schedules.
- Analyze and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids, ensuring competitive pricing.
- Assist in procurement strategy development, focusing on cost savings and quality.
3. Financial & Cost Control
- Track project costs, expenditure reports, and budget variances.
- Prepare and submit progress payment applications and cost reports.
- Monitor and manage cash flow forecasting for each project.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum 4 years in Villa construction within the UAE or GCC.
- Strong knowledge of cost control, tender preparation, and contractual obligations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
