Job Title: Senior Business Development Officer
Job Summary
SHEEL- an Easy Lease Group company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Officer to lead initiatives that drive growth and revenue. The ideal candidate will have strong connections within the insurance industry, expertise in pricing and tender management, proficiency in CRM systems, and a creative mindset to identify new revenue opportunities. This individual will also be responsible for managing client relationships, tracking deal progress, building strategic partnerships with businesses, and optimizing revenue from current customers.
Key Responsibilities
Pricing and Offers Management:
Develop competitive pricing strategies for roadside assistance and towing services.
Create tailored offers and packages to meet market demand and client needs.
Monitor and analyze market trends to adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
Insurance Industry Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies.
Negotiate and secure partnerships and contracts with key insurance providers.
Stay updated on insurance industry developments and identify collaboration opportunities.
Strategic Partnerships:
Identify and establish partnerships with other businesses to create mutually beneficial opportunities.
Collaborate with strategic partners to generate new revenue streams and expand market reach.
Develop and implement joint marketing and promotional strategies with partners.
Client Relationship Management:
Utilize CRM tools to manage and nurture client relationships effectively.
Monitor client progress throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure.
Provide regular updates on client status and pipeline progress to senior management.
Revenue Growth and Monetization:
Develop innovative strategies to generate additional revenue from existing customers.
Identify and implement new business opportunities and revenue streams.
Work with marketing and sales teams to create campaigns that enhance customer engagement.
Data Management and Analysis:
Track and analyze client and sales data using Excel and CRM systems.
Generate reports on business performance and recommend actionable strategies.
Ensure data accuracy and maintain comprehensive records of all client interactions.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the towing, roadside assistance, or insurance sectors.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
Expertise in pricing and client tracking.
Industry Knowledge:
Extensive network and connections within the insurance industry.
In-depth understanding of and of the roadside assistance, logistics services and towing services.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
High level of creativity and innovation.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
Other:
Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
Experience in managing and closing high-value deals.
Familiarity with tender processes and documentation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
