Senior Quantity Surveyor
My Client is a Large International Project Management Company with a strong presence in the Middle East working on some of the Largest Projects in the Region.
My Client requires a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based in their head office, a candidate who is currently in a hands-on role specifically doing cost estimating. Ideally will have some experience of working in the Middle East, some buildings experience and be ideally familiar with FIDIC.
The Ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will:
Have a minimum of 15 years of experience in the Construction Industry
Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or Contract Administration
Hold a Quantity Surveying Degree or Civil Engineering
Pre-Contract experience is essential
Vastly experienced in Estimation and Costing
MRICS essential
Expected Salary: 33,000 – 35,000 QAR/month Full Package.
