Responsibilities
Lead on multi‑million dollar road‑highways projects; manage relationships with clients, consultants, and framework partners; lead a team of construction managers; coordinate with project managers to deliver projects on time, within budget and specification; work closely with estimating and cost‑control teams; manage quantity‑surveying aspects, including valuation, variation issues, cost control, and letter/data management; handle claims, variations, and risk‑management issues.
Qualifications
- A degree in Engineering
- At least 15 years of experience in the infrastructure—roads, highways or bridges sector
- GCC experience
- Experience working for a main contractor and managing projects on site with a team of construction managers
