- Review conditions of contract of Tenders and advise on possible risks.
- Review and respond to the Client’s Letters of Award/Acceptance/Intention.
- Negotiate and agree with the Client the terms and conditions of the contract prior to signing of the contract.
- Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely provision and submission of required performance and advance payment guarantees in accordance with the contract.
- Follow up and ensure timely provision and submission of the insurance policies in accordance with the requirements of the contract.
- Follow up with the Project Managers for necessary contractual actions.
- Review and finalize contractual correspondence, notices, claims, major variations and new rates.
- Supervise and monitor the quantity survey works of the Projects and provide necessary guidance, assistance and advice to the quantity survey team.
- Prepare of claims and variations submissions.
