Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures

- Collaborate with project teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement solutions
- Prepare comprehensive reports on quality performance metrics for management review
- Mentor and train junior quality team members, fostering a culture of learning
- Stay abreast of latest quality assurance methodologies and industry best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’;s degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in quality engineering, with a strong background in construction or project management
- Demonstrated expertise in quality management systems and relevant international standards (e.g., ISO 9001)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, with the capacity to influence and lead cross-functional teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Willingness to travel to various project sites as required
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred
