Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Bakery Products Packing Supervisor to oversee the packing operations of our bakery products. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in food product packaging, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the packing team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Monitor packaging processes to maintain quality and hygiene standards.
Train and guide packing staff on best practices and safety procedures.
Optimize packaging efficiency while minimizing waste.
Maintain records of packaging activities and report to management.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to meet delivery schedules.
Inspect packaging materials and finished goods for defects.
Enforce workplace safety and hygiene policies.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 4 years in food product packaging, preferably in bakery products.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
