Location: Umm AL Quwain
Kinetic is working with a leading Bank who are hiring a Senior Quality Assurance Officer to be based in Umm Al Quwain.
Key aspects of the role include:
Develop and implement quality service framework, policies and processes.
Conduct regular audits/assessments to ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards.
Ensuring that the quality management system is being maintained and followed.
Identify risks, gaps, and areas for improvement providing recommendations for corrective actions.
Establishing and maintaining appropriate risk-based monitoring processes.
Responsible for escalation to resolve quality issues.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in quality assurance or auditing within the Banking Industry in the UAE.
Knowledge of local and international regulatory and legislative due diligence requirements.
In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements, anti-money laundering, and sanction requirements, particularly those set by the UAE Central Bank.
Knowledge of Compliance systems and awareness of Best Practices.
