Job Description
Having experience as a Senior QS for POST CONTRACT works with a minimum of 3 years in the GULF.
Academic qualification as a QS Degree / HND.
Ability to supervise and guide QS / AQS.
Experience in preparing internal reports for management.
Fit-out experience will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of different forms of contracts.
Desired Candidate Profile
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing teams and driving performance through motivation and support.
Proven track record in managing large-scale projects, demonstrating the ability to deliver results on time and within budget.
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, with a strong foundation in construction management principles.
A proactive mindset with keen attention to detail, ensuring all aspects of cost management are meticulously monitored and reported.
