Senior QA/QC MEP Engineer Jobs in Abu Dhabi at young management & consulting – Abu Dhabi
· Develop and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP), Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, inspection checklists, and project quality procedures.
· Ensure all MEP works comply with contract specifications, approved drawings, consultant requirements, UAE regulations and applicable project standards.
· Review and coordinate material submittals, method statements, technical submissions and quality documentation before consultant submission.
· Manage quality inspections including MIRs, WIRs, mock-up inspections, first-work approvals, and consultant inspections.
· Monitor installation quality for HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, electrical, and ELV systems.
· Manage NCRs, observations, and corrective/preventive actions until timely closure, including analysis of recurring defects and NCR trends.
· Coordinate testing, commissioning, authority inspections and final handover quality requirements.
· Review subcontractor quality plans and monitor implementation on site.
· Conduct internal quality audits and support consultant or client quality audits.
· Monitor project quality KPIs and propose continuous improvement actions.
· Participate in project risk assessments related to quality, workmanship, testing, and handover readiness.
· Verify O&M manuals, asset registers, quality dossiers, and turnover documentation before handover.
· Support project close-out, lessons learned workshops and final quality reporting.
Pay: AED10,000.00 – AED13,000.00 per month
Education:
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience:
- UAE/GCC MEP contracting experience.: 6 years (Preferred)
