Senior QA/QC Engineer & QA/QC Engineer (Façade) Jobs in Dubai at BEAUTY TOUCH LADIES SALON
We are looking for Senior QA/QC Engineer & QA/QC Engineer (Façade) to ensure all façade works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements. The role is responsible for implementing QA/QC procedures, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and inspect façade installation works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Prepare, review, and implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and QA/QC documentation.
- Conduct material inspections and site quality inspections, and coordinate consultant/client inspections.
- Raise and close NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure all façade works comply with project specifications, QA/QC procedures, and HSE requirements.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve quality-related issues.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and handover documentation.
- Support project testing, snagging, and final handover activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- QA/QC Engineer: Minimum 8–12 years of experience in façade, curtain wall, aluminium, or glazing projects.
- Senior QA/QC Engineer: Minimum 12–15 years of experience in façade quality assurance and quality control, including high-rise projects.
- Strong knowledge of curtain wall systems, unitized façades, glazing, ACP cladding, and façade installation standards.
- Experience in QA/QC documentation, ITPs, method statements, inspections, and NCR management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- UAE/GCC experience in high-rise façade projects is preferred.
Pay: AED7,000.00 – AED13,000.00 per month
