Job Title: Junior Salesperson – Logistics Technology Software

Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and driven Junior Salesperson to join our business development team. You will play a crucial role in promoting our cutting-edge logistics technology software, which includes warehouse management, order management, and transportation management systems. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Proactively Identify potential clients in the logistics, supply chain, and e-commerce sectors.
Research companies to identify decision-makers and develop targeted outreach strategies.
Sales Outreach:
Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to engage prospects.
Schedule and participate in product demos and sales meetings.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
Understand client needs and align them with our software solutions.
Present and demonstrate our software solutions to potential clients, highlighting its features and benefits.
Sales Support:
Collaborate with product and R&D team to understand and improve offerings
Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to improve the sales process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in technology or software sales (internships or entry-level experience welcome).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
Familiarity with logistics or supply chain industries is a plus.
Arabic speaker is a plus
Skills:
Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques.
Understanding of software solutions, SaaS models, and API integrations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex systems in simple terms.
Self-starter with a proactive attitude and results-driven mindset.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
