About the Job Role – A proposal engineer in the oil and gas industry is responsible for proposals preparation, order processing, contractual terms reviews, and issuing technical and commercial submittals for tenders before closing dates. The job may also involve project planning, resource scheduling, cost budgeting and control, contract administration, development and implementation of project Quality Assurance and Safety programs, and coordination with Department Heads and Disciplines Leads.
Eligibility Criteria –
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering – Preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 8-15 Years of experience in Proposal.
Minimum 5-8 Years to work in Oil & Gas Industry.
Minimum 5-8 Years to work in the Middle East.
