We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Property Leasing Agent to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leasing residential and commercial properties, generating new business, securing exclusive listings, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leasing opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and business development activities.
- Make daily outbound calls to property owners, landlords, and prospective clients to acquire new property listings.
- Source, secure, and maintain exclusive residential and commercial property listings.
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional consultation to prospective tenants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property owners, investors, and tenants.
- Negotiate lease terms and successfully close leasing transactions.
- List and market properties on Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and other approved advertising platforms.
- Ensure all property listings are accurate, attractive, complete, and regularly updated.
- Follow up on all inquiries promptly and convert leads into successful leasing deals.
- Maintain accurate client, property, and transaction records in the company’s CRM system.
- Coordinate with landlords and tenants throughout the leasing process until handover.
- Stay updated on Dubai rental market trends, pricing, and RERA regulations.
- Achieve monthly leasing, listing acquisition, and business development targets.
