Jet Horizon Properties LLC is expanding its Off-Plan Sales Division and is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Property Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai.
We are seeking professionals with solid UAE off-plan real estate experience who are passionate about sales, capable of building lasting client relationships, and eager to grow within a dynamic and performance-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Dubai’s leading off-plan property developments.
- Follow up on company-generated leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Develop new business opportunities through personal networking and referrals.
- Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and property consultations.
- Arrange project visits and provide clients with detailed investment advice.
- Negotiate offers and close transactions while achieving monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and update sales activities regularly.
- Stay informed about new project launches, developer offers, and market trends.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with management and internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
