About the Role
Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking an experienced and high-performing Senior Property Consultant to join our Abu Dhabi team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing high-value property transactions, developing a strong client portfolio, generating new business, and providing expert guidance to buyers and investors across the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
This role is ideal for an established real estate professional with a proven sales record, strong market knowledge, and the ability to build long-term relationships with high-net-worth and international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete property sales process from lead generation to successful transaction completion.
- Develop and maintain a strong portfolio of buyers, investors, landlords, and property owners.
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, cold outreach, digital platforms, events, and industry contacts.
- Advise clients on residential and commercial property opportunities across Abu Dhabi.
- Understand clients’ requirements, investment objectives, budgets, and preferred locations.
- Conduct professional property presentations, viewings, and investment consultations.
- Provide expert advice on market trends, pricing, rental yields, investment opportunities, and property values.
- Negotiate offers and terms between buyers, sellers, landlords, and other relevant parties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, property owners, investors, and strategic partners.
- Manage a consistent sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Follow up effectively with leads and existing clients to maximize conversion and repeat business.
- Stay informed about Abu Dhabi’s latest developments, projects, regulations, market conditions, and investment trends.
- Mentor and support junior consultants where required.
- Collaborate with marketing and management teams to develop new business opportunities.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales and revenue targets.
- Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate professionally at meetings, property launches, exhibitions, and networking events.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven real estate sales experience in the UAE, preferably with strong Abu Dhabi market knowledge.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding property sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi residential and/or commercial real estate market.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and closing skills.
- Established client and investor network is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of property investment principles, pricing, and market trends.
- Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and relationship-management abilities.
- Highly motivated, commercially minded, and results-oriented.
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
- UAE driving license and own vehicle are preferred.
