We’re supporting a confidential client in Saudi Arabia to hire a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a high-impact portfolio of complex programs across the Kingdom. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being close to delivery, setting the rhythm, removing blockers, and keeping multiple stakeholders aligned while still holding the line on governance, safety, and commercial discipline.
This hire sits at the centre of execution in KSA: you’ll oversee multiple concurrent programs, lead a team of project managers, and act as a key point of contact for senior internal stakeholders and customer counterparts. The environment is fast-moving and high visibility, so we’re looking for someone who can bring structure without slowing things down, and who can make decisions confidently with incomplete information then follow through with clear actions and accountability.

What you’ll be doing
- Owning end-to-end delivery across a portfolio: time, cost, scope, quality, and contractual compliance
- Setting and maintaining schedule and cost baselines, then driving forecasting and monthly variance analysis
- Running a tight governance cadence across programs (plans, reporting, RAID, change control, corrective actions)
- Leading risk, issue, dependency and escalation management internally and with customers/partners
- Bringing strong commercial grip: contract performance, margin protection, revenue recognition and cash forecasting
- Coordinating cross-functional delivery across Operations, Legal, HSE, Quality, Finance, Procurement, Service and Supply Chain
- Leading and developing a team (5–6 direct reports), building capability plans and creating a high-performance delivery culture
- Stepping in as deputy to the Head of Programs when required
What we’re looking for
- Saudis (Saudization requirement)
- 10–15+ years in project/program management, including 8+ years leading teams or major programs
- Proven experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programs in operational and/or technology-enabled environments
- Strong program controls mindset: baselines, forecasting, reporting cadence, risk/change discipline
- Confident stakeholder manager who can operate at senior levels and handle escalations calmly
- Commercially sharp: comfortable with contracts, financial performance, and delivery assurance
Nice to have (but not essential)
- Exposure to aviation/airports, ports, urban security, infrastructure delivery, EPC-style environments
- Earned value / program controls experience
- Tools such as SAP, Primavera, MS Project, Power BI (or similar)
