Our client is a leading private real estate developer focused on delivering a portfolio of residential/hospitality projects in Riyadh
* Manage the overall project execution, ensuring that it meets time, cost, and quality objectives.
* Monitor project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
* Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and consultants to resolve issues and maintain smooth project progress.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project managers and other team members.
* Serve as the primary liaison between the client, consultants, and contractor
* Track project budgets, identify cost overruns, and initiate corrective actions
* Ensure all project documentation is properly maintained, filed, and accessible
A successful Senior Project Manager should have:
* Bachelor’s degree in Arch/civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
* A minimum of 15 years of experience managing construction projects.
* PMP certification is highly preferred.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
* English proficiency is a must, both written and verbal
