Due to continued sustainable growth in the high-tech Industry Sector with specific focus on Mission Critical Data Centres and Semi-Conductor Manufacturing we are seeking to add to our establishedProject Managementteam. You’ll be trusted to lead your allocated team and supported to develop further, through a portfolio ofstructured trainingand opportunities to help expand your career.
Your
Purpose:
Provide high-quality project and programme management standards across the whole project lifecycle.
Advise clients on the project cost, programme, risks and issues. Lead and manage multi-disciplinary professional teams.
Lead communications and relationships with clients and their stakeholders.
Produce monthly reports including project programmes, risk registers etc. Implement effective and efficientcommunicationtools.
Develop delivery plans for projects, involve others and ensure objectives are met. Challenge the status quo and perform to a high standard in changing environments.
Constantly pursue performance improvement.
What can you bring:
Hold aProject ManagementQualification with APM, RICS or similar. Data Centre, high-tech or rapid growth industry experience preferred (but not essential).
Experience in leading and managing amulti-disciplinary team.
Experience in the adoption and management of best practiceProject Managementtechniques.
Knowledge of pre and post contractProject Managementresponsibilities and able to deliver this service effectively to Clients.
Proficiency in using Power BI for reporting purposes. Proficiency with Microsoft suite including Excel, Power Point, Project and Visio. Familiarity with Primavera P6.
The ability to manage a project throughout its lifecycle.
