Role Overview:
Lead large-scale digital transformation, cloud modernization, and AI-enabled initiatives across enterprise programs.
Manage end-to-end delivery of complex multi-system programs spanning CRM, ERP, POS, ticketing, cloud data platforms, and AI/ML solutions.
Drive AI-assisted planning, predictive risk management, resource forecasting, and budget optimization to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, Digital, Data, Operations, and external vendors, ensuring operational readiness and seamless go-live execution.
Oversee vendor and cloud provider management, program reporting, and PMO process improvements to standardize best practices.
At least certified in PMP/Prince 2/Six Sigma
BS in Computer Science
