ROLE SUMMARY
The Senior Project Manager will lead and manage high-impact, strategic projects for the Global Solutions team with large-scale budgets. This role includes overseeing a team of Project Managers, providing leadership, and ensuring successful project delivery. Additionally, the role is responsible for managing strategic projects across other operating companies, following the full project management lifecycle from initiation to closure.
ROLE PROFILE
Lead and deliver complex, high-value strategic projects that align with Global Solutions and company-wide goals.
Create and manage detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues proactively to ensure smooth execution.
Supervise and mentor a team of Project Managers, encouraging collaboration and strong performance.
Conduct regular team check-ins, reviews, and delegate tasks to ensure project efficiency.
Monitor and review all projects under your oversight, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and standards.
Act as a point of support for the team, sharing best practices and resolving any project-related challenges.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and represent project updates to senior leadership.
REQUIREMENTS
Over 12 years of experience in project management, transformation, and shared services or consulting environments.
University degree with postgraduate studies and certification in project management (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2).
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in project tools, with strong problem-solving, organization, and attention to detail.
