One of our clients is looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager with extensive experience managing complex projects from initiation through closure. The ideal candidate will have aproven track recordof experience in managing and working in Governmental projects. This role requires strongleadership, strategic thinking, and navigating challenges in adynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies and business goals.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines,resource allocation, and budgets, while optimizing human and financial resources to maximize efficiency.
Proactively manage project risks, issues, and changes, adopting both agile and waterfall methodologies as needed.
Implementquality assuranceprocesses and monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to meet or exceed stakeholder expectations.
Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams, fostering acollaborative workenvironment, and resolving conflicts to ensure a productive project atmosphere.
Develop and implement acommunicationplan to engage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, standards, and best practices, drivingcontinuous improvementandinnovationwithinproject managementpractices.
Oversee the handover of project deliverables, ensure deliverables acceptance, conduct post-project evaluations, and ensure all project documentation is completed and archived.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years inProject Management
Proven track recordof experience in managing and working in Governmental projects.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a must
Proficiency inproject managementsoftware (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

Strongleadershipand decision-making abilities
Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills, with a proven ability to communicate effectively with higher ranks and upper management, both internal and external
Fluent in English & Arabic
Exceptionalproblem-solvingcapabilities
